Compliance with Law 2/2023 of 20 February regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption
In compliance with Law 2/2023 of 20 February, Koala Bay has an Internal Reporting System that allows any regulatory infringement or conduct that may constitute corruption to be reported confidentially and securely.
Our system guarantees:

Full protection of the whistleblower, including the prohibition of retaliation.

Confidentiality of the identity of the individuals providing the information.

Diligent management of all reports, in accordance with legal deadlines.

Proper processing of personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018.

The existence of an internal procedure for receiving, analysing, investigating and resolving reports.
The reporting channel is available to employees, collaborators, suppliers and any person who maintains a professional relationship with the company.
